What can i expect during my first prenatal with a doula?
Meeting your doula is a wonderful opportunity to receive evidence-based information and continuous, unwavering support. Our appointments always take place where you are the most comfortable, whether that be in a public space like your favorite El Paso cafe, or in your own home. Our first goal is to make you feel confident in your birthing choices. This starts with the creation of a birth plan. This may sound overwhelming, but that’s okay! We’re here to help you achieve the birth you’ve always dreamt of! Some things you may want to bring to your appointments:
